What does it cost to return a product?

If the product has not been opened and installed you can return it for a full refund on the same day of delivery. If the driver has not left your premises we will ask the driver to bring back the unopened items back to our warehouse and you will not be charged for returning the items. If the driver has left your premises and we need to arrange for a new driver to come and collect the unopened item and return it back to our warehouse then you will be charged 200 AED.

In case we have to charge you 200 AED we will deduct this amount from the refund amount. Please note that because of the safety elements associated with trampolines under no circumstances a return can be accepted if the boxes have been opened. Jump Fitness Sport Equipment Trading CO. Is it possible to return my purchase?

All refund requests can be processed only as per original payment method provided the item is accompanied by original receipt.
Refund purchases by credit card will be transferred ONLY to credit card account.
Product purchased within 7 days and returned as nonfunctioning as per operational manual will be exchanged or refunded after it has been tested from personnel or by manufacturer’s authorized service center technician.
