Delivery costs
Delivery in the UAE is free of charge
Delivery to other GCC countries will vary depending on location. Please contact us at [email protected] to receive a shipping quote and place your order when buing for delivery to other GCC countries.
Delivery time
For items ordered prior to 3 pm; delivery is 48-72 hours to all Emirates, subject to availability.
For items ordered for delivery in other GCC countries delivery time will vary based on location. Please contact us at [email protected] to receive a delivery time estimate and place your order when buying for delivery to other GCC countries.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver UAE wide and to other GCC countries.
When will I receive my trampoline?
If your item is in stock delivery time is normally 48hrs. Please see “delivery time” for more details.
If your item is not in stock delivery time is approximately 3-4 weeks.
Which carrier do you ship with?
The delivery of our goods is carried out by third parties and our logistics is handled by one of the largest logistic companies in the MENA region.
When shipping to other GCC countries we use world renown forwarding agents and international shipping companies.
Can I get my trampoline delivered to a different address than my own?
We will deliver to the address that you specify when ordering your items.
I haven’t received my order confirmation?
An order confirmation will be sent thorugh e-mail once the payment is completed. Should you not receive an order confirmation please contact us at [email protected] and we will promptly look into it.
Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?
We will always strive to help and be flexible in case you change your mind on your delivery address, but it may not always be possible.
If the item has been dispatched from our warehouse may need to suspend and reschedule delivery; this will incur an additional cost of 200 AED to be paid prior to the new delivery being arranged.
If the item has not been dispatched from our warehouse then we will happily help rearrange delivery free of charge.
Please note that we dispatch orders very quickly to provide you with excellent service (see DELIVERY TIME for details) so it is very important to notify us immediately in case you change your mind on your delivery address after placing an order.
