FAQ
North Trampoline provides a guarantee of at least one year on all products in our range; in many cases the guarantee period is significantly longer. For corporate customers, a guarantee is only provided on products intended for commercial use.
Below is a list of our products and their respective guarantee times. At the bottom of the page you will find our guarantee conditions.
Jump Fitness Sport Equipment Trading CO. L.L.C is the exclusive distributor of North Trampoline in the UAE and it will manage the warranty claims on behalf of its customers with North Trampoline. Jump Fitness Sport Equipment Trading CO. L.L.C customers acknowledge that North Trampoline is the ultimate decision maker with regards to warranty claims.

GENERAL GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
1. The guarantee only applies to material or construction faults on the product and its parts.
Parts covered by normal wear and tear (e.g. elastics and safety net pole foams) are not covered by the guarantee.
2. The guarantee claim expires in the following situations:
– in case of incorrect and/or careless use of the product.
– if the product is not mounted and serviced according to the manual.
– if repairs of the product have not been carried out in a professional manner.
– if parts that have been mounted afterwards do not meet the technical specifications or have not been assembled correctly.
– if a product intended for private use has been used for commercial use and/or in public environments.
3. For trampolines that are placed near the coast (less than 1.6 km from the coast), the guarantee period is reduced by 25%.
4. In extreme weather conditions such as strong winds, we recommend dismounting the trampoline. The guarantee does not apply in case of storm damage.
5. The guarantee claim will be assessed on the basis of the guarantee conditions by North Trampoline’s experts.
6. To be able to invoke the guarantee, the consumer must be able to prove that the product was purchased from North Trampoline. The consumer is therefore advised to save his/her proof of purchase. The consumer must be able to prove alleged defects or damages with pictures (a close-up picture of the damage and a picture of the complete trampoline) for the dealer to be able to make an assessment as to whether or not it is a guarantee case.
7. The guarantee only applies to the original purchaser: In other words, the guarantee ceases to apply if the product is resold.
8. The following is not included under this Limited Warranty:
- Scratches, dents, marks or other visible surface wear on the Product;
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use;
- Fading of the Product material from exposure to sunlight;
- Degradation of materials due to rain or any other extreme weather conditions
- Misuse or abuse by the BUYER, including but not limited to, commercial or public (non-domestic) use of the Product;
- Physical damage to the Product as a result of tampering, mishandling, neglect, accidental damage, modification or repair without the approval of SELLER, unreasonable use and/or negligence of the BUYER whether foreseeable by SELLER or not;
- Items, equipment, goods, products, and components not sold by SELLER;
- Continued Product use after an alleged defect is discovered or should reasonably have been discovered;
- Improper installation of the Product;
- Duty, taxes, or environmental fees; or,
- Replacement parts.

8. The consumer shall inspect each order upon receipt and must notify Jump Fitness Sport Equipment Trading CO. L.L.C in writing, via email, within 7 days of receipt, of any shortfalls or visible damage that may have occurred during transit and delivery.
Jump Fitness Sport Trading Equipment CO. L.L.C shall at its own discretion decide whether to repair or replace the goods or to refund the purchase price to the consumer. Failure to notify Jump Fitness Sport Trading Equipment CO. L.L.C in writing within 7 days of receipt, of any shortfalls or visible damage that may have occurred during transit and delivery may endanger the ability for the consumer to invoke the guarantee or other parts of the warranty. In case of manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the item.
Warranties
North Trampoline provides a guarantee of at least one year on all products in our range (excluding consumables). The guarantee applies to production and development faults caused by the factory / manufacturer / supplier, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. The buyer has under no circumstances any more legal entitlements towards Jump Fitness Sport Equipment Trading CO. L.L.C than with Jump Fitness Sport Equipment Trading CO. L.L.C itself has towards North Trampoline and North Trampoline itself has towards the respective manufacturers.
